Why it's priced this way
The audit is paid because free advice gets ignored, and a real audit is a week of real work, not a sales call in disguise. The pilot is fixed-price with scope locked in writing, so the risk of overruns sits with me, not you. The retainer is reserved capacity on my build calendar each month. Every stage has to earn the next one. If the audit doesn't convince you, you walk away with a roadmap you can hand to anyone, including someone who isn't me.
Who's behind this
I'm Sahil Bahety, based in Kolkata. I help run manufacturing and export businesses, and the automation systems I sell are the ones I built first for my own operations.
I'm not reselling someone else's software or quoting from a slide deck. Every recommendation comes from something I've personally shipped, broken, fixed, and run in a real Indian business with real staff, real customers, and real chaos.
